Judah William Bernstein's Obituary
Judah William Bernstein, 94, of Boca Raton Florida, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 8, 2025. At the time of his passing, Judah was a resident of Edgewater at Boca Pointe in Boca Raton.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was the beloved son of Benjamin and Blanche Bernstein.
Judah was a civil engineer by trade, a profession that reflected his thoughtful mind, discipline, and strong problem-solving abilities. Early in life, he proudly served his country as a United States Marine, stationed at Camp Pendleton in California. His service, work ethic and quiet determination shaped not only his career but also the way he lived his life and cared for those around him.
In his later years, Judah greatly enjoyed reading and remained actively involved in his residential community. He joined several groups and took pride in helping keep the community running smoothly, always believing in the importance of staying engaged and contributing.
Judah is survived by his son, Jeffrey Bernstein and his wife, Jennifer, of New York, as well as many beloved nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Phyllis Bernstein, and his son, Hal Bernstein.
A visitation to celebrate his life will be held on Thursday, January 22, at 9:00am at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel 11115 Jog Road, Boynton Beach FL 33437. Contributions may be made in his loving memory to Jewish War Veterans of the USA.
