Anthony and I loved sharing time with Ellen's father who for the longest time I only knew as "Daddy." My fondest memory is one evening when some of us where in the pool and some were sitting on chairs besides the pool. Anyway, "Daddy" was saying something to Ellen and she replied .. as she always did whenever I was around … "yes, Daddy." It was "Daddy" this and "Daddy" that. It wasn't until I one day when I met Loretta — Ellen's Mom — in the supermarket and she was telling me something about "Jules" that I found out what Daddy's name really was. "Oh," I said, "that's Daddy's name! I never knew that. He's always been just 'Daddy' to me." It's true. Whenever I saw him, I always said 'hello, Daddy.' Let me say, then, a good-bye to 'Daddy.' He was a wonderful and terrific man. He will be missed by all of us who were privileged and honoredto have met him and spent time with him. Rest in Peace. Martyne Lo Russo
