Ross, Julius Passed away in Aventura, Florida on August 12,2020 at the age of 97. Born in Krakow,Poland and a Holocaust Survivor. Survived by his devoted wife Lucy of 38 years, his loved daughter Diane and family members in Polan Read Obituary
Classy. Special. Kind. Funny. Smart. This is the picture that comes to mind when we speak about Julius Ross. We knew Julius way before he married Lucy. Julius knew suffering and loss as a Holocaust survivor. His marriage to Lucy gave him love and happiness. Lucy cared for him with utmost tenderness, love and devotion until his last day. He will be greatly missed by all the souls he touched.
Julius will be sorely missed. May he rest in peace.

Miriam , I and my mom just learned of dear Julius’s passing. We offer our heartfelt condolences.
I have sweet memories of both you and Julius kindnesses to my mom when my dad, Emil passed On August 26 , a lifelong friend of Julius from age 13 through the holocaust and all.
May you find comfort that he touched our lives in a deep way especially my parents through your friendship and humor.
My personal memory when I was living in Florida spending times with my parents and their group of survivor friends. Julius, with a straight face said”Margie , how does it feel to have an accent ( me being raised in the USA). We laughed and I said good point.

To Lucy and Julius' Family,
So sorry to hear of the great loss of Mr. Julius Ross. I met him 20 years ago when i moved into the Wakefield building in Forest Hills. At board meetings he was always funny, wise, insightful and friendly. For years Julius emailed me and a list of other people, hilarious jokes which he always wanted to share. Though he was a Holocaust survivor and certainly endured much pain, i cannot help but remember him only with a grand smile, dressed more stylishly than just about any other man of whom i have made an acquaintance. B"H he lived a full life to a ripe age.
May the memory of Julius be a blessing to all, and may his neshama have an aliya close to Hashem.
