Ian Feldman
Learning of Lawrence's death saddened me immensely. Knowing him in my teens and in High School in Asheville, NC as well through my Jewish friends, I did not get to truly know Lawrence in his later life.
I debated him once in AZA and he was brilliant. The kind of mind that moved me to inspiration. In recent years, he read my Novels "The Sky Club" and "Rendezvous in Majorca" under my pen name "Ian Feldman" and gave me excellent critiques of both as well as praise. I will never forget who he was and feel very sad that he has left us with a vacuum that can never really be replaced with anyone else.
