Lawrence Rosenstock's Obituary
Larry Rosenstock of Davie, formerly of Boynton Beach, FL, passed away October 22, 2019 at the age of 90, surrounded by his loving family and caregivers. Born in Brooklyn, NY to Sigmund and Lillian Rosenstock, he is preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Tama Rosenstock, his parents and twin brothers Chuck and Mel Rosenstock. Larry will be deeply missed by his son Martin Rosenstock (Susan), his daughter Debbie Goetz (Michael), his grandchildren Brett, Sarah (Kevin), Joshua and Rachel, step-grandchildren, great-granddaughter, brother and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. Larry was a proud veteran of the United States Army, serving his country bravely during the Korean War and earning a Purple Heart and many other distinguished medals for his meritorious service.
Services will be held Sunday, October 27, 2019, at 1 p.m. at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, 5808 West Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach, FL. Interment immediately following at Eternal Light Cemetery, 11520 State Road 7, Boynton Beach, FL. Shiva will be observed from 4:30-9 p.m. on Sunday and from 5-8 p.m. Monday at the home of Marty and Susan Rosenstock, 6240 Hawkes Bluff Avenue, Davie, FL 33331. Shiva will also be observed on Sunday, November 3 and Monday, November 4 from 12-8 p.m. at the home of Debbie and Michael Goetz, 1518 Spearmint Circle, Jamison, PA 18929.
