March 10, 1931 - December 2, 2021
Larry Rosenthal passed away peacefully on December 2, 2021. He is survived by his love, his wife of 70 years, Rose, his daughters Karen and Lisa (Karl), his grandchildren, Brooke (Jeff), Jared (Casie), Carey (Robin), Clint (Maria), Heath and Sara (fiancé Max), great grandchildren, Alexis, Ethan, Berk, Cooper, Scotty, Nicolas, Gabriel and Hayden. He is also survived by his brother, Jack, his sister, Joan and many nieces and nephews who were very special to him.
Larry grew up in Brooklyn, NY and graduated from James Madison High School. He proudly served his country in the Korean Conflict.
Larry and his family moved to Ft. Lauderdale in 1961 where he began a long and successful career as a produce broker at the Pompano Farmers’ Market.
Grandpa, his favorite title, cherished the time he spent with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Larry loved golf, tennis, football, pool and playing and watching many other sports. He enjoyed all these sports even more because they allowed him to compete and have fun with his brother, grandsons, and many dear friends.
Larry was also a talented artist who created many beautiful paintings and shared them with family and friends.
He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

A chapel service will be held on Monday, December 6, 2021 at 11:00am at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, 11115 Jog Rd., Boynton Beach, FL 33437. Internment to follow at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens, 11520 State Road 7, Boynton Beach, FL 33473.
