Lloyd Burickson's Obituary
It is with heavy hearts we convey the sad news of the passing of our beloved father, grandfather, and great grandfather Lloyd Burickson on January 3, 2022 just 2 days after his 93rd birthday . He lived life to its fullest, ever the optimist, bringing a smile and laughter to all who knew him. If you called him to see how he was doing the answer was always an enthusiastic Faaantastic!! He considered himself the luckiest man alive because he had great family and true love in his marriage of over 50 years to our mother and grandmother Rhoda Farkas Burickson.
Lloyd is preceded in death by his wife Rhoda, his sister Muriel Lefkowitz, parents Theresa and Barney Burickson. He is survived by his two children Rhonda Levin (Alan Greenwald) and Stephen Burickson (Mary Claude Burickson. Grandchildren Lauren Levin (Chelsea), Andrew Levin ( Carly) Ivan Burickson (Cynthia), Rebecca Goetschel( Yannick) and three Great grandchildren Liv, Blake, and Marlon.
Service will be Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 10:15 am Beth Israel Memorial Chapel Delray Beach. Interment to follow at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens.
