Marcie H. Abrams, 78, of Bellaggio in Lake Worth, FL passed away Wednesday September 18, 2019. Formerly of Merrick, NY, Marcie taught for more than 30 years mostly in Oceanside, NY and was once nominated for NY State Teacher of the Year award. Marcie was the beloved wife of Jerry Abrams for 58 years; the devoted mother of Billy (Cindy) Abrams, David (Beth) Abrams, and Andrew (Jenny) Abrams; loving grandmother of Kyle, Ryan, Jake, Elana, Sammy, Hannah, and Zachary; dear sister of Andi Steinberg and sister-in-law of Harriet Abrams, Sandy Abrams, and Jason Abrams. Chapel services are 10:15 AM Sunday September 22, 2019 at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, 11115 Jog Rd., Boynton Beach, FL 33437 followed by interment in Eternal Light Memorial Gardens in Boynton Beach. Rabbi Anthony B. Fratello of Temple Shaarei Shalom in Boynton Beach will officiate.
