I read some of Mr. Steele's writing at Winning Writer's Newsletter. His love of words and images was clear from the work that I read, and the sense one derived was of a sensitive and kind person. May G-d grant comfort and consolation to his family and friends.
I knew Martin online through the poems and stories he submitted to our Winning Writers website. He was a writer with a unique voice and inexhaustible imagination. His sense of humor ranged from quirky to macabre. All his work demonstrated the delight that he took in the English language. I will miss his wonderful missives in my inbox.
