Matthew Cohen's Obituary
Matthew Cohen, 96, of Safety Harbor and Boynton Beach died peacefully on Saturday, September 26, 2015. He was born June 12, 1919 in Brooklyn New York to the late Harry and Molly Cohen. Mathew and his wife Ethel raised their family in River Edge, New Jersey until they moved to Florida in 1981. He is veteran of WWII in the Army, He is survived by his; son and daughter in law Marc and Carol Cohen; daughter Lynne Cohen and her spouse Carol Tartaglia; and daughter and son in law Sandee and Larry Potter. Mathew’s grandchildren Eric Cohen and his wife Meg, Dana Cohen and Eric Mayer, and Rachel, Zachary, and Scott Potter all will miss him greatly. Matthew loved playing golf, tennis, bridge and swimming. He always enjoyed visits from her children and grandchildren as well as socializing with friends. Services are Private. Donations can be made in Matthews name to the Alzheimer’s Association. www.alz.org
