Michael Sackler's Obituary
Michael Sackler, 78, of Valencia Shores in Lake Worth, Florida passed away Tuesday November 3, 2015. Formerly of East Brunswick, New Jersey, Michael has made his home in Florida since 2004. A dedicated athlete, Michael ran in over 20 marathons. He also was an avid reader of the New York Times. His family was of paramount importance to him. Michael was the beloved husband of Sheila for 54 years; the devoted father of Karen (Robert) Novick and Lauren (Dan) Levine; cherished grandfather of Isabel, Ayden, Jack, and Noa; dear brother-in-law of Ken and Teresa Goodman and Marilyn and Joe Proetto; and loving cousin of Jane (Steve) Kimmel. Funeral services will be 10:15AM Friday November 6, 2015 at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, 11115 Jog Rd., Boynton Beach, Florida 33437. Further services and interment will take place in New Jersey on Sunday November 8, 2015. Those wishing to honor Michael with a memorial contribution are asked to consider the PAP Corps – Valencia Shores Chapter or a charity of their own choosing.
