Mildred Eiferman's Obituary
Mildred EIferman, 96, of Delray Beach, FL passed away at her home at Lake View Care Center on Saturday August 22, 2020. Mildred is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years Israel Eiferman, her brother Irwin Spinac, and her son-in-law Michael Dreiblatt. She is survived by 2 devoted daughters, Anita Dreiblatt and Jeanette (Joseph) Yurman; 4 cherished grandchildren, Lainie (Bryan) Kemp, Jessica (John) Dittami, Tyler Yurman and Michael Yurman; and 4 great-grandchildren, Camryn, Joanna, Robert and Joshua.
Mildred was born and raised in New York City, having spend most of her years in Brooklyn until moving to Delray Beach, FL 15 years ago. She was a life-long volunteer in such capacities as the WWII effort as a riveter, her community nursing home in Brooklyn, and several Jewish charitable organizations such as ORT and most recently Deborah. As the matriarch of her family, she shared a legacy of wisdom, generosity and everlasting love for her family. Her family was her pride and joy which she loved to show off at every opportunity.
Funeral service and entombment will take place at Beth Israel Cemetery in Woodbridge, NJ in a private family gathering. Those wishing to honor Mildred are asked to contribute to:
