Horowitz, Mildred 100 of Delray Beach Florida passed away September 10th, 2018. Loving mother of Richard Halford, and Ellen Ward (Sanford); Cherished grandmother of Andrew Ward (Randi), Jessica Steinhagen (Daniel), Bethany Halford (Colin Garvie), and Jonathan Halford; Adored great-grandmother of Sophie and Emma Ward, Gabriel and Noah Steinhagen, and Graeme Garvie. Graveside services will be held on Friday, September 14th, 2018 at 11:00 am. at New Montefiore Cemetery, West Babylon, New York. Memorial contributions in Mildred’s honor can be made to a Charity of Choice.
