Mickey (Muriel) Amkraut, formerly of Orange, CT passed away Sunday, December 27, peacefully, at 95 years old.
Mickey (Lerner) Amkraut was born to Louis and Rose Lerner, formerly of Mt. Vernon, N.Y., on November 12, 1925. She married her high school sweetheart, Lawrence Amkraut, of Port Chester, N.Y.
Following the death of her husband, Larry, she relocated to Boca Raton, FL.
She leaves behind her loving daughter, Lisa and her cherished family friend, David Maxwell of Chestnut Hill, MA, and her cherished son,Bruce Amkraut, his wife Anita, and her only grandchild, Eric, of Orange,CT.
She leaves one surviving brother, Marvin and his wife, Marilyn of Springfield, NJ along with 2 nieces, 5 nephews and their families.
