Neal was the beloved son of Fern Pearl; the dear brother of Gary (Amber) Blaustein; loving uncle of Ethan, Aaron, and Samantha and great uncle of Ricky. Chapel services will be held at 12:15 PM on Wednesday January 22, 2020 followed by interment in Eternal Light Memorial Gardens in Boynton Beach.
