Noel was predeceased by his wife Arline Shevack and is survived by his daughters, Gail (David) Pasterczyk and Gloria (Marc) Gold; grandchildren, Brooke, Alex, Lauren (Seth) Erstein; great grandchildren, Jett & Benjamin; sister in law, Joan Zauderer; niece, Gwen Miller and Jill (Aaron) Kalaniopio; great nephew, Phillip.
