Norma M. Ryan, of St. Petersburg, Florida has passed away on July 18, 2025 in Boynton Beach, Fl. Norma is now reunited with her husband William Ryan. She is survived by her son William (Cindy), and daughter Kathy (Richard). She was proud Nani to her grandchildren Patrick (Jennifer), Sean (Danielle), Alex (Jessica), Emilie (Brad), Ethan and Isabel and to her great-grandchildren Liam, Conor, Nolan, Luke, Aurora, Max and Josephine.
Norma was born to Alexander and Luisa McKeown in the Republic of Panama and was raised in the Canal Zone. While employed as a https://U.S.army civilian employee she met the handsome and dashing U.S. Army staff Sergeant William Ryan. After a whirlwind courtship they were married on December 6, 1953.
The next several years took them to Colombia and Ecuador in South America, then returned to the U.S. and settled in Miami, Fl. Their last stop together was in Deland, Fl.
A burial in Deland along and a celebration of life mass will held in the near future.
