Paul J. Stone's Obituary
Paul J. Stone, 76, of Valencia Isles in Boynton Beach passed away Wednesday February 20, 2019. Paul and and his wife Miriam were former residents of the Fountains Country Club in Lake Worth. A retired New York City Police Officer, Paul was an NYPD First Responder after the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center in 2001 as well as an active member of the Shomrim Society. Paul was a proud Navy Veteran and served on the aircraft carrier USS Constellation during the Vietnam War. In addition to Miriam, his beloved wife of 30 years, Paul was the devoted father of Peter (Teresa) Stone and Shanna (Ira) Cooperman; the cherished grandfather of Jacob and Dylan Cooperman and Jasper, Hudson, and Reed Stone; and the dear brother of David Stone and Robert Stone. Funeral services with Military Honors will be held at 11:30 AM on Sunday February 24, 2019 at New Montefiore Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY.
