Peggy Eisenberg's Obituary
Peggy Eisenberg, 52, of Boynton Beach, Florida passed away suddenly on Monday August 8, 2016. Growing up in Dayton, Ohio, Peggy studied at Indiana University and Wright State before earning her Bachelors at Ohio State in Columbus and Masters at Miami’s Barry University. Her oldest son, Dr. Alexander Eisenberg, was born in Dayton, Ohio. Her youngest, Michael Eisenberg, was born in Kfar Saba, Israel during several years she lived in the country. Peggy was especially fond of her Delta Zeta Sisterhood and friendships she held dear from early childhood through each of her life’s passages. For much of the past decade, she’s been a constant support for her mother, Barbara Rosenbaum, of Delray Beach. Nothing brought her more joy than her role as a mother, rarely losing a moment to delight in her sons’ accomplishments. She is predeceased by her father, Arthur Rosenbaum, survived by her beloved sons, mother, and brothers Andy (Kate) Rosenbaum and Gary Rosenbaum. She will be dearly missed by her companion of 13 years, Mitzi, her loyal and loving chihuahua. Chapel services will be held 1:45PM on Thursday August 11, 2016 at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, 11115 Jog Rd., Boynton Beach, Florida 33437 followed by interment at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Boynton Beach.
