Pop Pop was always the guy that never was upset. He always was in a good mood around me and I loved that about him. He never showed that he was ever upset even if he was. He always wanted to be just like a friend to me. Some of my favorite times with him are when we would go to dinner and share a great time or when we would stay with him and he would take us to the pool. One of my specific favorite things about him is when I would say “Yes Sir” and he would tell me, “don’t call me sir.”. He was a very great role model. Love, Caleb Eichner
Pop Pop, thank you for the memories but more importantly thank you for the life lessons. You taught to be strong and courageous even when you feel the opposite and you taught me that uniqueness among the human race is a priceless gift. You inspired me. You will forever be missed rest easy warrior. Love Luke

Peter was our very first friend at Fairmont. It was our honor and privilege to know him. We had laughs over dinners, cocktail parties and FaceTimes with both Peter and Shelley.
I’m reminded of our friendship when hearing these lyrics - who can say if I’ve been changed for the better, but because I knew you, I have been changed for good.
Godspeed Peter. You will me missed.

The time we knew Peter was too short, but long enough to have developed great affection and respect for him.

The memories of the good times wil warm our hearts forever. Thank you for being you.

We are so glad to have been seeing each other on Zoom over the past few months. Great to see Peter talk and laugh as we had not seen each other in way too long.
