Phyllis E. Blake, 97, of Boca Raton Florida passed away February 15, 2022. Phyllis is survived by her partner Irving Friedman. Sons; Rodger (Sonya), James (Eileen) and Jon (Deborah). Grandchildren; William Ervin, Lauren & Amanda Blake and Danielle Blake. Services will be held Friday, February 18, 2022 at 11:30 am, Eternal Light Memorial Gardens.
