Maxwell, Phyllis age 87 of Boca Raton Florida passed away on Monday, December 9th, 2024. Phyllis is survived by her Loving Children, Tammy Hornung( Gary ), Arthur Maxwell9 Cara ), Benjamin Maxwell( April ) and Mitchell Maxwell( Latessa ); Cherished grandmother of Grant, Samantha, Elizabeth, Paige, Brooke, Cohen, Adelaide, Miles and Drew; Adored great-grandmother of Cali, Whitney, Robb, Madden, Saide, Charles and Max; Devoted sister of Michael Cohen. Services will be held 1:00pm on Wednesday, December 11th, 2024, at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, 5808 West Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach Florida 33484 followed by entombment services at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens, 11520 State Road 7, Boynton Beach Florida 33473.
