Brad ~ Please accept our sincere condolences on the loss of your adoring mother, Rhona. Our friendship with your parents goes back to the middle of the last century when we shared our teenage years with the Suttons and Oberfelds. As a matter of fact, your mom and I used to walk from her childhood home on Virginia Avenue to Druid Hill Park on many Saturday afternoons. When the weather was too cold to do that, we would lock ourselves away in my bedroom and just talk about boys, how much we hated school, and lots of other stuff that teenaged girls talked about back in the dark ages. Steve and I had not seen your parents since they lived on Tulsemere Road, up the street from Steve's parents. As all too often happens, we went our separate ways, but still vicariously heard bits and pieces about your parents lives from Shirley and Bill Sutton. As a matter of fact, Bill is the person who called this afternoon to tell me of your mom's passing. He also let me know of the passing of your Dad and your sister, Lori. Always know that your Mom will always be watching over you and is probably very busy right now catering to your Dad's and sister's every last need. May Rhona forever rest in peace.
