Richard Wildstein's Obituary
Richard Harvey Wildstein, 78, of Delray Beach, Florida, passed away on August 5, 2020. Richard was born in Newark, NJ, and became an attorney at Goldstein, Ballen, O’Rourke and Wildstein in Passaic. He was President of NJ-ATLA, honored with the Gold Medal for Distinguished Service, and won landmark cases including McLaughlin v. Rova Farms and Sobotor v. Prudential. He served as President of Temple Emanu-El of West Essex and as a Member of the Board of the Union for Reform Judaism and the Association of Reform Zionists of America. He was one of the national co-founders of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Richard is survived by his beloved wife, Judy; his daughter Karen, her husband Darren and his grandchildren Ryan and Amanda; and his son Jeffrey and his wife Andrea. He is predeceased in death by his beloved mother and father, Pearl and Jack, and his sisters, Annette and Elaine. Funeral arrangements are private.
