Robert H. Sternberg's Obituary
Dr. Robert H. Sternberg, 91, of Aberdeen in Boynton Beach passed away Sunday January 15, 2017. Dr. Sternberg came to Florida in 1996 from the Chicago area where he was a practicing optometrist for many years. A veteran of World War II, Dr. Sternberg was awarded the Purple Heart for being wounded in battle. Dr. Sternberg was the beloved husband of Joyce for 64 years; the devoted father of Julie (Jeffrey) Stanton and Sheryl Lenk; and the dear grandfather of Mattie Lenk. Graveside funeral services will be 11:30AM on Monday January 16, 2017 at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens with Rabbi Joseph Fishof officiating.
