My relationshipp with Rochelle began about 30 years ago when we both frequented a clothing store and discovered again and again that we were selecting the same clothes. We had complementary taste and our connection to each other was beginning to take root. Eventually we realized we shared so many of the same interests and hobbies. We both love to cook, go to theater, play bridge, do crossword puzzles, read and spend time with our grandchildren.
Rochelle was my cherished and treasured friend. She was sincere, honest, smart, elegant, nurturing, caring, generous. and had a great sense of humor
Once Rochelle married Hal, we grew into another deeper level of friendship as couples. We all enjoyed being together often. She included us in her family's holiday celebrations and we felt fortunate to know all the children and grandchildren.
Losing her is devastating. She was so very special to both Robert and me. It's surreal to think she is no longer with us.
Our heart felt condolences go out to Hal and all the children and grandchildren who will miss her for so many reasons.
May she rest in peace.
Written with love,
Susan and Robert Katz
