Rose Weiss' Obituary
Rose Weiss, 91, passed away Monday January 30, 2017. Rose was the beloved wife of 56 years to the late Alfred Weiss with whom she resided in both Broken Sound in Boca Raton as well as Coral Lakes in Boynton Beach. Rose will be reunited with Alfred for what would have been their anniversary on Friday. A holocaust survivor, Rose devoted her life to championing social justice. Always an elegant dresser, Rose was an incredibly outgoing person and was loved by many friends.
Rose was the dedicated mother of Steven (Elizabeth) Weiss; Barbara (Jay) Sangerman; Francine (Richard) Bromberg; and Gail (Dennis Smith) Weiss; the cherished grandmother of William, Michael, Alexis, Mark, and Brittany; and the dear sister of Herman Bomze. Funeral services will be 1PM Thursday February 2, 2017 at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, 5808 West Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach, Florida 33484 followed by interment in Eternal Light Memorial Gardens in Boynton Beach.
