RUTH SHALEK's Obituary
Ruth Shalek, age 84, of Boca Raton, Florida, passed away on October 15, 2022. Ruth leaves behind her; three cherished children Marc (Karen), Jeffrey (Debbie), and Ellen (Rich) Maringione; and her dearest grandchildren Adam, Jared, Justin, Dori, Rachel, Jamie, and Jenna.
Services are in care of Beth Israel and will be laid to rest at The Gardens of Boca Raton. The chapel service will take place on Thursday October 20th at 10:00am at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, Boynton Beach and is open to all family and friends; a cemetery service will follow afterwards and is reserved only for immediate family.
Family and friends may also consider making contributions to The Jewish Federation or The Mildred Mindell Cancer Foundation in Ruth’s loving memory.
Shiva will be observed at the Shalek residence in Boca Raton on Thursday after the service from 1:00pm-7:00pm and on Friday at Ellen Maringione residence in Jupiter from 3:00pm-7:00pm
