SAM HOROWITZ, 95, of Lake Worth, FL passed away on November 11, 2015. He is survived by his loving wife Miriam, son Richard, daughter Robert and cherished grandchildren Charles, Elizabeth and Linda. A chapel service at Beth Israel Chapel Boynton Beach will be held on Sunday, November 15 at 12:15 PM with interment at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens.
