Sarah L. Stanger's Obituary
Sarah L. Stanger, 87, formerly of Vizcaya in Delray Beach, passed away Wednesday December 28, 2016 in Potomac, Maryland. Sarah was a kindergarten teacher in the Wyckoff, New Jersey area for many years and served as a volunteer at the Morikami Park Elementary School. She was the beloved wife of the late Henry Stanger. They were married for 61 years. Sarah was the devoted mother of Barbara (Kenneth) Barr; Arthur Richard Stanger, Lawrence Neal (Alona) Stanger, and the cherished grandmother of Jonathan A. (Danielle) Barr, Jeremy M. Barr, Inbal Stanger, Daniel Stanger and Matan Stanger; and great-grandmother of Maren Barr and H Jacob Barr. Graveside services will be held “1:30PM” on Friday December 30, 2016 at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Boynton Beach. Rabbi Jack Engel of Anshei Emunah Congregation in Delray Beach will officiate.
