Sharon J. Simon's Obituary
Sharon Simon, 80, passed away on June 25, 2026, in Boynton Beach, Florida, where she had built a life filled with love and family.
Raised in Astoria, Queens, Sharon carried the spirit of her New York roots throughout her life. She was the devoted wife of Mel, whom she married 51 years ago in a partnership marked by enduring love and commitment.
Sharon is survived by her daughters Stacy and her late husband Alan, and Rachel and her husband Seth, as well as her grandson Tyler.
A loving mother, wife, and grandmother, Sharon’s greatest joy was her family. She treasured the time spent with those closest to her and was known for her warmth and the care she showed to everyone in her life. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her loved ones.
A graveside service will be held at 10:45am on Sunday, June 28, 2026 at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that charitable donations be made to the Coalition for Literacy Palm Beach County.
