Shirley Goldhaber's Obituary
Shirley Goldhaber, 90, of Port Washington, New York, passed away on June 18, 2024, surrounded by her loving family at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island. She was the beloved wife of the late Stanley Goldhaber. They had been married for 64 years.
Shirley was the devoted mother of Meryl, her husband Daniel, and Robert and his wife Ann. She was the cherished grandmother of David, Andrew, and Emily Golding, and Alana and Anthony Goldhaber. She was also the beloved aunt of numerous nieces and nephews, whom she loved dearly.
Born in Springfield, Massachusetts, the daughter of the late Isaac and Alice (Tillman) Kosto. She was one of five children, her late brother Morton Kosto, and sisters Norma Feinman, Lois Galinsky, and Estelle Feigelman.
Shirley was kind and generous, saw only the best in people, and rarely had a mean thing to say about anyone. She had many close friends with whom she loved to spend time.
The funeral will be held on Sunday, June 23, at 1:30 p.m. at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens, 11520 State Road 7, Boynton Beach, Florida.
