Family was always very important to him. He welcomed me with open arms, called me his third daughter and was always so patient and compassionate at a time I needed it the most. He provided the most amazing examples for me: loving father, patient friend, devoted family man. He was someone who had the inner strength to overcome whatever obstacles he was presented and achieve success/the goals he set for himself while never forgetting how he got there and acknowledging those who were with him along the way. Although our lives got in the way more and more over the years, I will never forget this wonderful man and will take his lessons with me forever.
