Sol Stiss' Obituary
Sol Stiss, resident of Lake Worth, Florida (formerly Omaha, NE) passed away at the age of 88 on February 20, 2023. Sol leaves behind his beloved wife Therese Stiss; One son Carey (Jill) Stiss, two daughters Rebecca Heffner, Sarah Stiss; Seven grandchildren Jessica (David) Edelglass, Allen (Lauren) Heffner, Hilary Stiss, Brian Heffner, Evan (Alexis) Heffner, Maxwell Stiss, and Jana Stiss; Five great-grandchildren Aden, Joel, Eva, Jack, and Mia. Sol was preceded in death by his son-in-law Adam Heffner. A chapel service will take place on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 1:45pm at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel-Boynton Beach. Burial to follow immediately at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions in Sol's memory be made to one of the following charities: B'Nai Torah Congregation, Any cancer charity, or a charity of your choice.
