Just found out about Spencer's passing.. We were on the Lafayette HS soccer team together, and shared many successful experiences with our very cool team. Was a great teammate and all around great guy to be with during our High School years. Miss you buddy, and fond memories both on and off the field. So sad to see this. Grew up with Spencer at 206 Quentin Rd, just one floor up. We were always friendly with each other, and I believe always had mutual respect and admiration. I remember as if it were yesterday, he and his best friend at the time, Roger Carillo, and me and mine, Carole Braverman, hanging out, playing games, skating etc. I remember the whole family well, including Joel and Larry, but they were probably too young to have similar memories. This announcement was just sent to me by Carole, and indeed it makes me sad. Rest in peace, Spencer, and know that someone has very fond memories of you.
