He always called me to wish me well on every holiday, and I certainly miss those calls. His strength over the last few years was incredible and his loss will be greatly felt by many. I've only known Stanley for a few years, meeting him through working with Ted Bernstein. Sandra, It has been a long time. A memory of Stanley that involved you was when Stanley held his annual pool party for the Grossman's staff at your home in 1974. I had only been working for Stanley a short time and was horsing around in the pool, I went down the slide backwads, tumbled, hit my head on the pool edge and went to the bottom of the pool unconscience only to be rescued and saved by another guest.Stanley always reminded me kiddingly that it was because of me that he never had another employee pool party.Stanley was a great guy, great mentor and most of all a friend for over 40 years. You, David, and Terri please acccept my sincere condolences.

His family was always first and he loved them very muchOnly four weeks ago we were enjoying the surprise party for Sandra and Stanley's 60th anniversary with the family and friends. "Mr. Berman" as I loved calling you…you were such a gentleman; fun, loving, family man, always with a smile on your face. I was lucky to have met you and enjoyed being part of your family. From the first lobster race you entertained us with at Cheryl and David Berman's house, we continue that tradition each New Year's Eve. God bless your family and may you rest in peace.
