Susan Gail Ander's Obituary
Susan Ander was born in Brooklyn, New York on May 2, 1940 and passed away on July 4, 2026. She grew up in New Jersey with her family and attended Douglas College. Upon graduation, she taught elementary school in Rutherford New Jersey. She later moved to Texas, where she earned a phD in psychology.
Although she never had children of her own, she devoted herself to teaching and counseling children with disabilities. She was adored by her nieces, nephews and cousins, and will be missed by her sister Patti, brother-in-law, Michael, and her many friends.
A funeral service will be held at
1pm on Tuesday, July 7, 2026,
at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel
(Boynton) location
11115 Jog Road Boynton Beach, FL 33437.
Burial will follow at 2:15pm at
Eternal Light Memorial Gardens,
11520 State Road 7 Boynton Beach, FL 33473.
