Sylvia Frances Garrett, age 97, of Delray Beach passed away Sunday November 15, 2015. Sylvia was the beloved wife of the late Edward Garrett. She is survived by her devoted children David (Linda) Garrett and Arlene (Harvey) Blau; and cherished grandchildren, Eric, Chloe, Danielle, Nicole, Eddie, and Sophia. Funeral services and interment will 1PM on Tuesday November 17, 2015 at Mt. Ararat Cemetery in Farmingdale, New York. All arrangements entrusted to Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, 11115 Jog Rd., Boynton Beach, Florida 33437.
