Thank you to all that made the burial of my dad seem less. Our situation was a bit more challenging given we had to get my father from South Carolina to Florida. The transfer came together with no problems. I also want to thank Rabbi Fratello for performing the ceremony. He was warm and kind. I appreciate everything.

Jonathan was amazing, he helped make the awful and painful experience of handling my Mother’s passing a much easier process. After explaining what an absolutely terrible experience we had with another funeral home, Jonathan made my brother and I feel comfortable with our mother being in Beth Israel’s care and handling the arrangements.

“We had initial challenges with the local funeral home in Washington DC to pick up my mother after her passing as she was being moved to Beth Israel in Boynton Beach. Once Malory (from Beth Israel) got involved, everything fell into place and seamed perfectly seamless right up until we had our grave-side service at Eternal Light. Malory was absolutely fantastic to work with and made this very difficult time so much easier to deal with. Also, Rabbi Kaplan who officiated the service, and who never met our mother, was wonderful. My sister and I and our entire family were so impressed with him from the time we spoke on the phone, and throughout the service. Thank you , Beth Israel for bringing Rabbi Kaplan to us!”

“Beth Israel Memorial Chapel provided wonderful service at a very sad and stressful time for us. We all live in Chicago and our dad wanted to be buried in FL by his family, and Jenny Adair at BIMC helped us tremendously--enabled the transfer of our loved one to FL from IL, helped us plan a funeral service, put us in touch with a local rabbi who led a beautiful service, and helped us get our dad buried with military honors as a veteran. They far exceeded expectations and made a terrible time much easier.”

“It's a very difficult experience, but Beth Israel Memorial helped me every step of the way through this. The funeral director Jenny, was compassionate, sympathetic and very importantly didn't try to oversell me. She listened to what I wanted and didn't question or try to talk me out of anything. If I had any questions she always responded. They provided a beautiful graveside service with a wonderful Rabbi. Would highly recommend. I will be using them for my own pre-planning so that I can be with my husband eventually.”

“I highly recommend Beth Israel Memorial Chapel. My dear father prearranged his arrangements many years ago, and told us to make this one phone call to them when the time came. From that first call we were carried along the process of the funeral effortlessly. My father lived in Florida and was buried in Long Island NY. So there were many moving parts that had to be coordinated within days. Malory was instrumental in making it all happen smoothly and with calm, understanding and kindness. Even after the funeral when we went to Florida to take care of my father’s affairs, which included getting death certificates in a hurry, Malory was still dedicated to help and made a special trip to meet us to deliver them. Thank you for helping us and my father during this challenging time.🙏”
