My Condolences to the whole family!
One of my favorite memories is when Allan, Myself, and Les went to the pool. After us three chatting and acting up, Les left for the restroom. Allan looked at me and said "Thank you for making my son happy!" and in this moment it was not only obvious that he loved Les and cared about his well being and happiness but that his children and family meant so much to him. It was beautiful.
Another great memory is after a really difficult tragedy of my own, I came to stay with the family and he kept hiding "Gifts" under the couch pillow cushions out in the sun room for me and my pet doggy. He knew I really needed someone to lift my spirits! :) Thank you Allan! You will never be forgotten! I loved cooking for you when I stayed at your home!
