Charles Norman Miller's Obituary
Charles Norman Miller, 93, affectionately known as Charlie, passed away on December 6, 2025 in Lake Worth, Florida. Funeral services and burial were held on December 10, 2025, at Wellwood Cemetery in West Babylon, NY.
Charlei is predeceased by his wife, Elaine Miller, who passed away on December 1, 1923, after 43 years of marriage. Charlie is survived by his three children from his first marriage to Ronnie (1959- 1980), William Miller, Jonathan Miller and Debbie Jaffe, her husband Seth and their son Max. From his second marriage to Elaine, Charlie is survived by his stepson Andrew Wolf and his wife Laura and grandchildren, Joseph Wolf and his wife Carmen and Daniel Wolf and his great-grandchildren Arabella and Penelope Wolf. He is also survived by Harriette Wolf wife of stepson Mitchell Wolf, who predeceased Charlie, and grandchildren Nathaniel Wolf and Michelle Wolf.
Charlie was born on August 15, 1932, to Sari and Irwin Miller in Newark, New Jersey. He attended college in Saint Louis and graduated from Boston University Law School and was admitted to the practice of law in New Jersey in 1958. He served in the Army reserves. Charlie practiced law in Newark and then Livingston New Jersey for more than 50 years prior to retiring in Florida.
Charlie was loved and adored by all who knew him, and was especially loved for his wit and sense of humor, and will be missed by all. He is also survived by extended family who loved him and helped care for him in later life. Nephew Josh Miller and his wife Gaby spent countless hours with him in retirement in Florida, as did Elaine’s niece Lisa Ferguson and her husband Tom.
