My Aunt Evelyn was a bright presence in our family, loving, giving and very, very funny when she wanted to be. She was there for me when I needed a positive word or touch growing up and for both my wife, Leslie, and me after we were married. I will miss her terribly but always think of her with a smile on my face and a warm glow in my heart.
Evelyn (and Manny) were my adoptive parents here in Florida. I was called to fix phones, printers and whatever technological issues came their way. Evelyn was always generous to a fault. We enjoyed ice cream cones and Ocean's One for lunch. She will surely be missed by Rainberry Bay and me personally. Be at peace, Evelyn. Beautiful lady.
