Harvey Charles Ebel's Obituary
Harvey Charles Ebel, 79, of Boynton Beach, passed away March 11, 2017. He is survived by his beloved wife Lorraine, son Benjamin (Dina) Ebel, daughters, Lisa Ebel, Nicole (Richard) Vitti, Michelle (Eric) Feigenbaum, and grandchildren Zachary, Jake, Joshua, Max, Jake, Lily and Ryan. Harvey graduated Bronx High School of Science in 1954, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from City College of NY in 1959, and a Master of Science degree in Psychology and Doctorate of Neuro-physiology in 1964 from Penn State College. Harvey was employed as a Professor, at the University of Maine, was employed by NASA and the National Institute of Health. He was a Neurology Researcher at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, NYC, and Professor at Lehman College, CCNY. In his post retirement he worked for Xerox and Consumer Reports. A chapel service will be held on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 12:30 P.M. at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, 11115 Jog Road, Boynton Beach, Florida with interment at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens, Boynton Beach, Florida.
