Ivan and his family came into my life well over 40 years ago..He was a very special man to me as he was to many. As a young man living alone in New York City, he invited me to his home every weekend and welcomed me as another part of the family. Paula, Richie and Missy quickly became my family too and I thank God he put me in their lives. Ivan was a genius at his trade, he, along with his great friend and my dear cousin Bob Golden taught me everything they knew about the business we were in.. Many a time after many a hard situation, Ivan would take me for a walk and help me thru the mountains he knewI had to climb, most of the time i failed and as always Ivan was there to pick me up and help me to walk again..He loved everyone and I saw that in him for over 40 years, a bad word about anyone was never uttered from his mouth…I wish I could be there for his family at this hard time, my prayers are with them all.. As I mourn my dear friends passing, I am smiling as well.. I know this man who I respected greatly and loved as a father will be there to greet me when the Lord calls..Ivan Baylek, I love you and may you rest well in the arms of God….
