To the family of Jacob Wolansky
I extend my sincere condolences to the loss of your husband, father and grandfather. By all accounts an extraordinary human being who was a brilliant, kind, humorous and committed husband, father and physician. A rare individual who heard and acted on the call to serve his country, community and family.
One can understand why he was respected and loved by many. My regret is that I never had the pleasure to meet him or share a laugh or round of golf with him, I am certain it would have been a life blessing.
He clearly leaves a legacy of healing patients, brightening the lives of his friends and of course the gift of his children who he treasured. I have had the great good fortune to know his daughter Halley as colleague and friend. He must be very proud of his children’s countless talents, accomplishments, personal values and impact they are having in shaping the lives of their children and friends
.
He must be comforted leaving this world knowing that he not only made a difference but made the world a better place
And we can all be comforted to know…….Heaven just got an All-Star
Kind regards,
