Feldman, Michael's Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Michael Robert Feldman at the age of 86 in Boynton Beach, Florida, with his loved ones at his bedside. The family thanks the doctors, nurses, and staff at Bethesda Hospital East and Cindy Munns for the wonderful care they gave Michael.
Michael was born and raised in Montreal, attended McGill University, and moved to Kingston, Ontario in the mid-1970s, and later lived in Ottawa.
Michael was deeply devoted to his family. He shared 60 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Marjorie, and together they owned and ran a commercial furniture agency, representing leading manufactures of office and health care furniture. Michael was a proud business owner who took real satisfaction in making sure his customers got the best quality and service. He was a loving and devoted father and grandfather.
One of Michael's greatest joys was being Papa to his grandchildren. He loved spending time with them, following their lives with pride, and especially sharing games of pickleball together. Those moments brought him enormous happiness.
Michael is survived by his wife, Marjorie; his sons, Mark and Jonathan, and their families. He is also mourned by Roger and Pam, his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, and his sister-in-law, Marian. He was preceded by his parents Max and Henrietta Feldman, and his brother, Errol.
Chapel service will be held Wednesday, July 15th at 2:00pm, Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, 11115 Jog Road, Boynton Beach, FL.
Memorial donations in Michael's honor may be made to the Food Pantry, Alpert Jewish Family Service, 561-713-1948, by going to https://AlpertJFS.org, clicking Donate Now, and selecting Designation as “Food Insecurity or Food Pantry”.
