I have fond childhood memories of my aunt ginger coming to our house to chat and have tea.
She and my mother would often speak about other relatives where I would hear family stories and learn vital statistics about different family members. Sometimes there would be good gossip! I miss those visits.
I feel lucky that Aunt Ginger lived so close to us. And remember many happy times.
Love, Marjorie
Grandma, you will be missed deeply.
I’ll always remember your bright, joyful smile and your beautiful piano playing. I loved to sit on the floor looking through old family photo albums while you played song after song on the piano. The music was so calming and comforting. You were so tremendously talented and I appreciated how you encouraged me and my brother to play piano as well. I also have many fond memories of swimming at The Grove, eating at Ben’s, walking through the Morikami gardens, and sitting at the beach, watching the waves crest and break.
Thank you for being a wonderful grandma. I appreciated our frequent calls and am thankful for all of the memories we shared.
Much love, Haley
My Aunt Ginger give me my very first gold necklace. I was about 9 years old and was absolutely awestruck. The necklace has a heart and in the middle is a Chai in Hebrew letters. I still have it and will always think of how lovely it was of her to give this to me. Her memory is truly a blessing.

Happy Birthday Mom! I imagine you celebrating 90 years well lived reunited with Grandma & Grandpa, Aunt Martha & Uncle Bob, your cousins you enjoyed so much, your dear friends who or predeceased you, Peter, and especially your eldest children, Evelyn and Andrew who you were so proud of. God is good!
One of my sweetest childhood memories is you tucking me into bed at night, leaving our door open, and telling us that if we were all very quiet we would hear you playing the piano. Tonight I will go to sleep with Beethoven’s “Fur Elise” and dream of those carefree, gentle times.
Rest In Peace mom. I love you through eternity.
Susan
